Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Registration
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and verification by the organizers.
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Incomplete or incorrect registrations may be rejected.

2. Eligibility
Players must satisfy the prescribed age criteria and produce a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card or other accepted age proof) upon request. Any player found submitting false information may be disqualified at any stage.

3. Team Composition
Teams must comply with official league rules. Organizers may verify player eligibility at any time.

4. Individual Player Registration
Individual players authorize the organizers to allocate them to any participating team, role, or batting order. The organizer's allocation shall be final.

5. Match Format
Matches will be played with a Cosco tennis ball at different venues during day or night sessions. Teams must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match.

6. Schedule & Venues
Schedules, venues and timings may change due to weather or operational requirements. Organizer decisions are final.

7. Code of Conduct
Players, officials and supporters must maintain discipline. Misconduct, abuse, violence, cheating or property damage may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

8. Umpire & Organizer Decisions
The umpire's decision is final. Tournament Committee decisions on disputes are final and binding.

9. Protests
Protests must be submitted in writing within the prescribed time. Organizers may accept or reject any protest.

10. Safety
Participation is at the player's own risk. Organizers are not liable for injury, illness, accident, theft or loss of belongings.

11. Photography & Media
The organizers may photograph, record or live-stream participants and use such content for promotional, marketing and commercial purposes without additional consent or compensation.

12. Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable except where expressly approved by the organizers.

13. Official Match Dress & Branding
All registered team players and individual players must wear the official match dress (including, where applicable, T-shirts, caps, jerseys or other apparel) as instructed by the organizers. Such apparel may display sponsor, brand, product, personality, campaign or promotional logos, artwork or branding decided and provided by the Management Team of Star Arena Sports & Events Pvt. Ltd. Wearing the prescribed official match dress during tournament activities is mandatory.

14. Rule Changes
Organizers may modify rules, fixtures, venues or formats whenever necessary.

15. Acceptance
By ticking 'I Agree to the Terms & Conditions' and submitting the registration form, the Team Captain and/or Individual Player confirms they have read, understood and agreed to comply with all league rules and organizer decisions, and accept full responsibility for participation.
